Office of the Chief Financial Officer

OCFO Community Outreach

As steward of the District of Columbia's finances, the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) affects people across the city. So it is important to keep citizens informed about what the agency does and give them a way to provide input on the agency's practices. This is the role of community outreach.

The OCFO has established several advisory groups that allow citizens and business leaders to discuss how the agency functions and how those functions can be improved to better serve customers. In addition, OCFO managers frequently attend community meetings and events to provide information on agency programs.
