How to Appeal a Real Property Assessment

If you wish to appeal your assessment, please use the Appeal Application found below. Complete the form, print it out, sign it, attach any support documents required, and mail it to the following address:

You must file by April 1, 2004. Retain a copy of the application for your records. You may also fax the application to (202) 442-6796.
