Real Property Service Center

The Real Property Tax Administration in the Office of Tax and Revenue is responsible for real property assessments, billings and administering the District's real property tax programs. The variety of services it offers includes property assessments, ownership and address changes, tax billings, tax relief program administration, and land recordation for residential and commercial real property in the District of Columbia.
