Biography Henry W. Mosley Associate CFO, Economic Development and Regulation Cluster Henry Mosley was appointed associate CFO for the economic development cluster in July 2002. This cluster includes the District departments of housing and community development, consumer and regulatory affairs, banking and financial institutions, and insurance and securities regulation, as well as the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development. Since January 1999 Mosley had overseen the finances of these departments as agency CFO. Prior to joining District government, Mosley was chief financial officer for the law firm of Alexander, Bearden, Hairston, and Marks, LLP in Silver Spring, Md., where he developed and implemented long-term fiscal strategy reporting and prepared financial statements. Mosley also served as director of finance and administration for the South Central Los Angeles Regional Center, where he provided administrative and management support for the social service non-profit corporation. Mosley is a certified public accountant. He received his master's degree in management from Willamette University in Salem, OR, and his bachelor's degree in business management from Loma Linda University in Riverside, CA
