Paul C. Lundquist serves as Agency CFO for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer. He was appointed to this position in October 1999. Lundquist previously served for two years as controller within this agency.

Lundquist began his career in the District government in 1987 as a Budget Analyst with the Department of Finance and Revenue, now known as the Office of Tax and Revenue, where he designed and implemented automated personal service expenditure projections. During his tenure with the department, Lundquist also served as Budget Officer, Acting Supervisor, Acting Administrative Officer, and Acting Financial Officer. His responsibilities included developing and executing an annual operating budget of $22 million; preparing the annual budgets for Congress; and supervising accounting, budget, personnel, training, procurement, labor relations, and support services.
