Outstanding Indebtedness and Debt Service

The District has approximately $3.57 billion in outstanding general obligation bonds. FY 2004 debt service expenditures for outstanding general obligation bonds are expected to total approximately $298 million. Total FY 2003 debt service expenditures totaled $292 million.
